Safety is achieved by the use of the Guidelines for Proper Hygiene and the HACCP studies (Danger Analysis and determination of important control points).
The drastic reduction of the consequences on the environment by industrial activities is supported by the System of Environmental Management by ISO 14001.
Organic products are produced according to the Certified System by BIOHELLAS.
